Within the Automation Cube is a cobot that exchanges worn cutting tools with new ones, first by grasping the toolholder and presenting the QR code located on its base to a digital scanner, then transmitting that data to the heat-shrink mechanism to inform it how much power and pressure is needed to lock the tool in place.
