Trenton, N.J. lighting manufacturer Tektite Industries Inc. has acquired the assets of Pennsylvania-based C&M Mold and Tool Co. effective Sept. 1. The "strategic move for both companies," Scott Mele, president and owner of Tektite told Plastics News in an email, was "up and fully running" by Nov. 15. C&M's equipment was consolidated and moved into Tektite's Trenton, N.J., facility.

Arctic fibre-optic cable secures first investment

Energy efficiency moves up the global agenda amid high prices
