Robotics insights MIT CSAIL researchers have developed a four-legged robot called DribbleBot that can dribble a soccer ball the way a human can. This will be useful in making robots more dexterous and able to handle sensitive jobs in the future. Programming robots to play soccer has been an active research area for some time.
