Welser Profile North America and Superior Roll Forming to merge

Superior Roll Forming and Welser Profile North America, both part of the Welser Profile Group, have merged to create Welser Profile North America LLC. The merger allows Welser Profile to combine its competencies in custom roll formed profiles with its expertise in automotive products into one company.

Further expansion at the site in Valley City, Ohio, will increase production capacity for customers in both automotive and nonautomotive industries. In the coming months, new roll forming, laser cutting, and bending equipment will be added.

The company develops and manufactures bespoke roll formed profiles and assemblies made from steel, stainless steel, and nonferrous metals.
