Ethey Group acquires two new brands

Ethey Group says it plans to acquire more food and agriculture brands across Canada to help promote sustainable food manufacturing and reduce waste in food packaging.
TORONTO — Canadian food producer Ethey Group has acquired Puppy Gang Fresh Foods and Blank Slate Wellness.
Puppy Gang Fresh Foods provides human grade dog food delivery across Canada. The company says it incorporates into its meals locally sourced whole foods, antibiotic and hormone-free meats as well as vegetables free from preservatives, fillers or chemicals and additives. Puppy Gang says its food production supports reusable packaging, and 1 per cent of all sales go to dog rescue agencies.
Blank Slate produces cold-pressed juices infused with adaptogens and live raw vegan probiotics. The company strives to produce its beverages while creating minimal to no food waste.
