Hydraulic Cylinder Parts Arrive
While here in Europe we enjoyed the Christmas holidays, in Asia, Donlouco were working hard to tool up some new hydraulic cylinder parts for our customers. We were very happy to see the sample parts arrive here at our head office on our very first day back at work, and they look great as usual. Big thank you to the team in China, excellent work.

It’s not just new parts that were processed over the Christmas holidays in China, but volume production continued as normal during this time. In fact, we have increased capacity and output in preparation for the Chinese New Year holidays which will take place at the end of this month.
2021 was an excellent year for Donlouco and 2022 is looking to be another record-breaking year for us.
Our latest batch of samples includes a selection of hydraulic cylinder ends that are machined from solid and forged with secondary machining.

CNC Machining
Donlouco has extensive experience in the CNC Machining of a wide range of steels and components across the hydraulics industry. Hydraulic Cylinder parts can be CNC Machined using 3, 4 & 5 Axis Capabilities depending on requirements.
The latest parts were CNC Machined with some having complex geometries and shapes.
Forging
Donlouco has experience in the Forging of Hydraulic Components, cylinder bases, flanged components, and rod eye.
Forging can produce hydraulic cylinder parts that are strong and more durable than an equivalent cast or machined part. As a result of forging, the excellent grain structure is achieved in the steel material which is the key attribute to improving the strength and toughness.
Most of these parts were forged to the required shape and thickness and then machined to finish, this is still an excellent method to ensure parts are manufactured to the required specifications.
