Leading electrical engineering company Ampcontrol Group is planning to open over 200 manufacturing roles in Australia by the end of 2023.
The initiative is part of the company’s efforts to expand its operations after winning significant contracts amounting to $41 million with the likes of BHP and other major firms.
The cumulative job growth brought by the contracts secured in 2022 will see Ampcontrol Group grow by over 200 roles in the next 18 months, the company said in a statement.
This marks a period of significant growth for the Ampcontrol Group in the rollout of innovative solutions for the renewable energy sector.
CPS National, an Ampcontrol Group company, was recently selected as a key delivery partner for the Western Power contract won by Boundary Power, a joint venture between Ampcontrol and West Australian utility Horizon Power, for the roll-out of 101 stand-alone power systems.
