LFM Capital launches Weller Metalworks with acquisition of Muthig Industries

Private equity firm LFM Capital has announced the formation of Weller Metalworks, a metal fabrication and precision machining platform, and its acquisition of Muthig Industries, a provider of custom metal fabrication, precision machining, and metal stamping services in Fond du Lac, Wis.

Weller Metalworks offers fabrication and machining services from prototype to production and end of life, with a focus on integrated digital technologies. Brian Yoder, operating executive at LFM, serves as president/CEO of the platform.
