Vollrath Co. announces executive leadership transition

The Vollrath Co., Sheboygan, Wis., has announced that Paul Bartelt will resign after serving more than 15 years as president. Erik Lampe will join the company in March to assume the position of president initially and then take over as CEO in June.

Lampe’s background is in general management, strategic growth, innovation, and operational performance for industrial companies. He spent most of his career working in leadership roles for Oshkosh Corp. and McKinsey & Co. For the last year, he worked as a principal for Comvest Partners’ Operating Advisory Group.

Steve Heun, vice president of finance/CFO, also is stepping down after 15 years with the company. Tina Kreidler, director of finance/controller, will be promoted to vice president of finance and will work closely with Heun until his departure this fall.

With nine factories in the U.S., Europe, and China, The Vollrath Co. designs, engineers, and manufactures food service and custom and specialty products.
