The Edge is able to control the capacity level of meeting rooms, working tables, and even the parking garage.

To achieve this goal, intelligent windows were installed detecting sunlight, that are opened and closed automatically.

The installation of thermal sensors in the rooms has also been a key point optimizing the building’s climate control, the Bullit Center has total control of ventilation, lighting, heating and water consumption throughout the building in real time and from a single platform.
