Protolabs appoints chief technology officer

Minneapolis-based digital manufacturing services provider Protolabs has named Oleg Ryaboy as global chief technology officer. He most recently spent more than 12 years at Digital River serving as chief technology officer and senior vice president.

The e-commerce-based Protolabs offers injection molding, CNC machining, 3D printing, and sheet metal fabrication to product developers, engineers, and supply chain teams worldwide. It serves customers using in-house production capabilities in tandem with Hubs, a Protolabs Company, which serves customers through its network of manufacturing partners.
