MONTREAL — Montreal startup Ufrost, founded in 2016 by Julien Michalk, recently launched the UFrost Pro, a bartop tool capable of freezing items without electricity.

Offering a range of signature drinks, infused with spirits, the 360 service is the world’s first portable instant freezing machine.

Capable of dropping to temperatures as low as -98 degrees Celsius in 60 seconds, the device uses recycled CO2.

The bartop tool has been designed for culinary professionals who want to attract new customers by differentiating their menus and developing unique experiences.
