The All State Fastener Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Darryl Dvorak has been hired effective August 14, 2023 as CEO. Darryl brings extensive experience from his tenure at the Fastenal Company for the prior 31 years in a variety of executive leadership positions including Vice President of Sales and Product Development, Director of OEM Sales, and Managing Director of European Operations. Darryl has a strong foundation in developing ambitious growth strategies, building new locations from the ground up, program and project management, upgrading existing facilities with cutting edge technologies and leading teams of people with a culture of empowerment and clear vision.
