Omron Automation adds Xigent Automation Systems as Certified Systems Integrator partner

Omron Automation Americas added Xigent Automation Systems as a new partner in its Certified Systems Integrator program. Based in Ohio, Xigent offers custom assembly and test systems for the production floor across North America and beyond.

Xigent Automation Systems has been collaborating with Omron in developing fully integrated assembly and testing systems. Recently, the company delivered a multi-year program in the automotive industry that utilized Omron control technology, including those for laser markers, barcode readers, robots and motion control. They also developed force and distance press monitoring systems and controls and have a long history of integrating Omron robots on high-speed equipment.

The Omron Certified Systems Integrator program matches solution providers with the technology, training and resources required to deliver solutions. For Omron, systems integrators play a critical role in designing and delivering fully integrated automation solutions. They also possess industry and application expertise in implementing the latest technologies from the company and providing turnkey system solutions.
