Well and Good, a Melbourne-based manufacturer of high-quality allergen-free products, has introduced two new gluten-free baking mixes named Caramel Slice Mix and Crumble Cake Mix.

The new mixes, which are plant-based, are vegan-friendly and made with natural ingredients, the company revealed in a news release.

In particular, each box of the Caramel Slice Mix comes with a base of gluten-free biscuits, a decadent middle layer of caramel, and a chocolate topping.

On the other hand, Well and Good said its Crumble Cake Mix simplifies winter baking with apple, pear, rhubarb, or berries as its filling.

The food manufacturer claims its new products contain no artificial colours or flavours, and have been endorsed by Coeliac Australia, a not-for-profit organisation supporting Australians with coeliac disease.

“We are thrilled to have the support of Woolworths, who have put an emphasis on supporting Aussie-made products and adding newness to their offering,” said Sam Barak, managing director of Well and Good.

Barak stated that Woolworths has expanded its mainstream baking category with ten Well and Good items, which, in his opinion, “will appeal to those with and without special dietary needs.”

The new products are now available at Woolworths and online at buyglutenfreedirect.com.au.

Well and Good said these mixes are ideal for all levels of amateur bakers thanks to their straightforward directions.

Founded in 2005, Well and Good is an Australian company dedicated to providing high-quality gluten-free products.

The food company said it is committed to using only the finest natural ingredients, and everything is made in their free-from Melbourne factory.
